We ship to all states within the United States, except Hawaii, Alaska, and the five U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders within the U.S. are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days. However, custom orders or products shipped directly from an overseas manufacturer may take 5-10 business days for delivery. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over five business days, please contact us at support@aquifashionfix.com.
If you are returning an item that is not damaged and remains in its original condition, you have 30 days to do so. Please note that accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have original tags, or are broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, and we strongly recommend adding tracking to your return in case of lost shipments.
If your item was shipped in error or arrived damaged, you must initiate your return within seven days of receiving your order. Please email support@aquifashionfix.com with a description of the issue, photos of the damaged item(s), and your order details, so we can issue a return label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund equal to the item's original purchase price within 10 business days. Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take extra time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@aquifashionfix.com.
During the holiday season, purchases made between November 23 and December 31 will have an extended return window of 45 days, as we understand postal delays may occur.
