must be returned to Aqui's Fashion Fix within 14 business days from receiving your order. Please be advised that accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, or broken due to misuse will not be

returning the package. Please included a copy of the invoice or a copy of your order confirmation email. We recommend you add tracking to your package in case
it gets lost on its way back to us. - To initiate the return contact us within 3 days of receiving
your order to inform us of the issue, and include a picture of the damaged item(s) to aqui.fashionfix@gmail.com along with details of your order. Please take note that if you fail to contact us within 3 days from receiving your order, you will no longer be eligible for a return. - We must receive your return within 14 days from the date of the original purchase. Once we receive the items, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Once processed we can ship you a replacement or if the returned item is no longer available, we will issue a refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the item(s) returned.
